About Tensile Structure
Tensile or Tension Fabric structures is a structure that is characterized by a tensioning of the membrane structure typically with the help of a wire or a cable to provide the critical support to the structure .
This structure typically consists of two basic building blocks : the Saddle and the Cone although it can hold many forms.
This creates a dynamic and structural architectural work , offering a variety of free form design and roof structure . The Tensioning of the fabric eliminates any creases in the fabric and creates the strength for the material to withstand any severe weather and potential damage. Using Tension throughout the structure provides the membrane with critical support structure .It is the most common form of thin shell architecture and is also a showpiece feature that offers an impressive focal point.

HF Welding Machines (5 kW to 20 kW) for Membrane Cutting & Welding
We use High Frequency (H.F) Welding Machines ranging from 5 kW to 20 kW for precision membrane cutting and high-strength H.F welding of tensile fabrics.
H.F welding ensures uniform seam strength, watertight joints, and long-term durability, which is critical for tensile membrane structures exposed to wind, rain, heat, and UV conditions.

Engineered with advanced 9-layer construction, this fabric delivers exceptional strength, durability, and long-term performance. The PVDF-coated surface ensures superior self-cleaning properties, excellent weather resistance, and extended service life even in harsh environments.
Built with UV protection, flame-retardant, and antimicrobial PVC layers, it maintains safety, hygiene, and color stability over time. A high-tenacity polyester base fabric, finished with PVDF / Acrylic protective lacquer, provides outstanding tensile strength and structural reliability.
